Ployes are a completely vegan food with no fat or cholesterol. Just add water, mix and wrap around your favorite foods.
Combine mix with water and beat with a spoon or whisk until lumps are dissolved. Let mixture set for 5 minutes. Pour approximately 2-3 tbsp. of batter onto a preheated, ungreased griddle, (cast iron or non stick surface) at 400 degrees Farenheit or medium high on stove. With the back of spoon spread batter in a circular motion until it is 8 inch thick. Cook on one side only for 12 minutes. The number one rule is not to flip them.
